Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By using YoCalc.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
What YoCalc provides
YoCalc offers free, browser-based calculators and educational content. All tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use, with no account required.
Not professional advice
Our calculators produce estimates for educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice. Loan and investment results assume simplified conditions (fixed rates, no fees) that rarely match real-world products exactly. Health tools like the BMI calculator are screening aids, not diagnoses.
Before making significant financial or health decisions, consult a qualified professional who can evaluate your specific situation.
Accuracy and warranties
We work hard to keep our formulas correct and our content accurate, but the site is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoCalc and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including financial losses or health outcomes. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no reposting our content as your own. You're welcome to link to any page.
Intellectual property
The YoCalc name, design, and original content are owned by the site's operators. Mathematical formulas themselves are, of course, free for everyone — math belongs to no one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
