The short version
Everything you type into a YoCalc calculator stays in your browser. We have no servers processing your numbers, no accounts storing your data, and no interest in either.
Calculator inputs
All calculations are performed client-side using JavaScript running on your device. The values you enter — loan amounts, salaries, weights, birth dates, grades — are never transmitted to us or to any third party. They exist only in your browser's memory and disappear when you leave the page.
Information we may collect
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are popular so we can improve them. This data is anonymous and cannot be tied to the numbers you enter, because those numbers never reach us.
Cookies
YoCalc does not require cookies to function. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we introduce optional preferences in the future (like remembering your preferred units), they would be stored locally on your device, not on our servers.

Our blog and pages may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Children's privacy
YoCalc is a general-audience website and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our calculators don't collect personal information from anyone, this largely takes care of itself.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
